About Us:     

I am Dwayne Ritter, a third generation farmer, and my sons Cody and Caleb are upcoming fourth generation farmers in southeastern Randolph County, NC. Like many of you, we do this because we enjoy it, not because we can make a living at it. For years we have farmed small grains, corn, and hay making best guess applications and running out of product with the last pass in sight. We saw the need in our operation to upgrade what we were doing. Nearly immediately neighbors were calling for help because they couldn't find anyone with availability to help small farms. That coupled with my now 17-year-old son's passion to farm for a living created this small business with the goal of helping small farms be successful. We made the investment to upgrade to the latest GPS system and the capability to leave the farm with everything we need to complete a job. Like most farmers I know, we want to leave things better for the next generation than we found it.  I saw an opportunity to help create something that my son can grow and instill in him the satisfaction of helping others.
